There are bulkhead coolers, spray coolers, jacketed coolers and coil coolers. PTFE coolers for low-temperature use in power plants are new equipment for waste heat recovery in power plants to reduce the exhaust gas temperature. The use of fluoroplastic heat exchangers can prevent acid corrosion and reduce the flue gas temperature to within 100 degrees. The plastic cooler is a fluoroplastic heat exchanger with strong corrosion resistance. It was first successfully manufactured by Dupont Company in the United States and achieved commercial production. my country has also invested a large amount of money and manpower in the development of fluoroplastic heat exchangers. Zhengzhou University of Technology has successfully developed the "polytetrafluoroethylene (referred to as F-4) tube-sheet expansion limited pressure heating and welding" process, which has solved the problem of fluoroplastic pipes and tube-sheet connection key technologies. Subsequently, various types of domestically produced fluoroplastic coolers were successively put into practical production and achieved good results.
